We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer to help us with print and digital campaigns across our full client portfolio.
The right candidate will be able to create fresh, engaging work while adhering to brand guidelines. They will also be hungry to succeed and make a name for themselves with new ideas and proactivity in the studio.
This is an opportunity for somebody to join a growing business in Lewes, near Brighton, that wants to challenge the London agencies by providing best-in-class on and offline marketing campaigns.
Essential skills & experience:
Educated in a design or digital media design related degree or relevant experience in the industry
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or other HTML programming software)
Design for Web, Mobile and Print
Beginner level HTML web or email coding with a desire to develop and learn
Experience artworking for print
Ability to turn around briefs quickly and efficiently
A portfolio of work demonstrating both original design and use of existing brand guidelines (where possible)
Keen eye for detail and consistency
Desired/bonus skills & experience:
Flash/After Effects or animation design
Intermediate or advanced website coding experience
Responsive email coding – HTML/CSS
Experience using cross-browser testing programmes such as Litmus and trouble shooting issues
We are looking for a Graduate or Junior Designer with a passion for design and new technology with a willingness to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
