Production Assistant

We require someone who is hardworking, organized and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

– Prepare window film to fulfill online orders
– Prepare orders for despatch, including boxing up and label preparation
– Assist in the preparation of graphics and film for jobs being installed, including printed and cut vinyl, and printed wallpaper
– Maintain stock levels of window film for on-line supply
– Maintain a clean and workable office environment
– Use and care of UV and Solvent printers
– Use of Laminators and Slitting Machines
– Use of on-line Customer Database
– Cut and produce vinyl graphics to fulfill on-line orders
– Prepare proofs for clients using Illustrator

Technical Skills – (Full training provided)

– Will need to be computer literate
– Any knowledge of Signlab and Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage
– Any previous experience in cutting and producing vinyl graphics would also be beneficial

Core Skills

– Good organization and communication skills
– Ability to manage time effectively in order to hit deadlines
– Willingness to learn
