Part-I Architectural Assistant At Ben Adams Architects – London.

Ben Adams Architects is an established RIBA chartered practice in central London. Our young, creative and friendly team are now looking to hire a number of talented and motivated Part-I architectural assistants to join our expanding design studio to assist on exciting projects at different stages from start to completion. We work across various design sectors including residential, commercial, public buildings, and hotels on new builds, refurbishments, and listed buildings in London and the UK.

At Ben Adams Architects, we cultivate a supportive environment where employees at all levels can take ownership and responsibility for their work, so developing their career in a variety of different sectors and through various training opportunities. Members of the team are also encouraged to share and nurture their individual talents through a series of in house lectures and design reviews.

The successful applicant will have:

  • excellent design skills
  • fantastic visual (freehand 2D and 3D sketching) and verbal communication skills
  • some knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning policies
  • some experience of technical design and detailing
  • an understanding of/experience using Microstation, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Revit and SketchUp proficiency would be an advantage
  • AutoCAD users will also be considered
