Artwork Project Coordinator At Vickers Neal Recruitment – Warwick

Vickers Neal Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently working with Elegant Clutter Ltd.

Based in Warwick, Elegant Clutter Ltd are a leading supplier of bespoke artwork and sculpture to the restaurant, bar and hotel industries in the UK and Europe.

Due to their continued success we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Artwork Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Warwick.

The Project Coordinator will act as a support for the Artwork Project Managers who are responsible for managing bespoke artwork and sculpture projects from design through to completion and installation. The majority of the artwork content for their clients is designed and produced in house.

This role requires someone with a proven artistic flair/interest. You may have completed a creative related degree or already have some experience working in a similar business. Ultimately YOU MUST have a proven passion for the industry as well as excellent organisation skills with the ability to be creative and to generate ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake as required accessory/image research for PM approval.

Place purchase orders for approved accessories as required.

Follow-up goods purchased to ensure a safe, timely arrival.

Planning and organising travel arrangements for project installations as required.

Provide general administration support to the project management team.

Create Delivery schedules for projects as required.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Process all small order requests and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain an up to date spreadsheet of accessory supplier information.

Provide Project Cover for Project Management team on annual leave.

Attend and complete all training courses necessary for this role inc. H&S etc.

Essential Skills:

A proven interest in the world of design

Strong evidence of the ability to plan and be incredibly organised

Strong research skills

Excellent communicator both written and verbally

A good knowledge of Microsoft office, including excel, word and outlook

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience of the Interior Design industry would be highly advantageous

Able to come up with practical solutions and plenty of common sense!

High levels of confidence and not afraid to ask questions or question something!

Full clean Driving License (and your own car)

Be flexible to work long hours (this role can be very demanding)
